Bison Oilfield Services, an Oklahoma-based energy services company, has announced the closure of its acquisition of S&S Star Water Solutions, a water infrastructure business. The acquisition establishes Bison as Oklahoma’s only fully-integrated water midstream company with assets in every major basin across the state, according to a Nov. 29 press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.
