For any repair service needed during our Normal Business Hours (7:00 am thru 5:30 pm M-F, C.S.T.), please contact (314) 389-4400 or service@palmerleasing.com.

For Emergency after-hours related service, please contact Fleetnet at (800) 972-8872.  Please have the following information available for the customer service agent when calling:

  • Reason for breakdown
  • Location of trailer
  • Driver contact information

 

Please note

  • Palmer Leasing will not pay any unauthorized work or parts appearing on an invoice filled in connection with a repair.  Customer must obtain approval number from a Palmer Leasing service representative for any repairs.  All work must be performed at the location designated or approved by Palmer Leasing service representative; and
  • Palmer Leasing is not responsible for damages and charges resulting from damages will be charged back to customer; and
  • Maintenance must be performed at Palmer Leasing’s facility in St. Louis unless otherwise agreed to.
