Before equipment is rented or leased, our team completes a comprehensive 80-point inspection covering critical components such as the brakes, tires, wheels, suspension, landing gear, lighting, frame, body, doors, flooring, safety decals, and registration.
We repair, clean, and service each trailer as needed so you receive dependable equipment that is ready to work—supported by a responsive local team committed to making the rental process straightforward.

Daily maintenance; inspect the equipment as if it were your own, following the DOT inspection regulations

Tires
Check and maintain proper axle oil/grease level
Damages to equipment during the lease
Lease payments until damaged equipment is returned to ready/leasable condition
Scheduling and bringing equipment to Palmer Leasing for regular maintenance or required repairs
